A business professional with extensive experience in product strategy and retail banking. I hold a Master of Science in Economics and currently serve as Head of Retail Products Service, where I lead cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric solutions and deliver impactful results. Over the course of my career, I’ve combined analytical thinking with strategic leadership to support business growth, mentor emerging talent, and deliver measurable outcomes. I am passionate about empowering young professionals, fostering critical problem-solving skills, and contributing to Armenia’s next generation of leaders.
Describe a time when you helped someone improve their skills or knowledge significantly. What was your strategy?
One experience that stands out was when I a CaseKey team last year. Recognizing their potential, I designed a structured mentoring plan that combined:
Goal-setting: We defined clear, measurable objectives to track their progress.
Learning by doing: Provided cases, which included real life examples, helped to challenge their thinking, gradually increasing complexity.
Regular feedback loops: We reviewed solutions together, focusing on reasoning, assumptions, and decision-making logic.
What methods do you use to stay updated with the latest trends in business and consulting?
I regularly read reports, books, industry analyses, and business publications, follow thought leaders and domain experts. I take targeted online courses focusing on strategy, leadership and management, as well as follow podcasts and webinars with practitioners giving insights into real-world challenges and emerging practices.
I also participate in professional communities, events, and workshops that help me exchange ideas with peers and experts.
Mentoring and coaching others not only reinforces my own knowledge but exposes me to fresh perspectives from the next generation of problem solvers.
