Naira is a Partner and senior financial advisory professional with over 18 years of experience delivering complex advisory and analytical solutions to public and private sector clients. Naira leads the Transactional Advisory Services (TAS), where she is responsible for shaping and delivering high‑impact, transaction‑focused advisory projects. This is regularly performed over coaching sessions with the staff. I apply coaching techniques using targeted questions to help the individual reflect on their approach, identify gaps, and arrive at solutions independently. I combine active listening with structured feedback, encouraged self-assessment after each milestone.

I usually participate in industry fairs and top events to stay updated on the developments.
