Anahit Khekoyan is a professional with experience in finance, advisory, research and project coordination across academic and industry settings. She holds degrees in business and management analytics from the American University of Armenia and is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics and Management. She currently works as an Investment Advisor at Landmark Capital Investment Company, where she supports clients with strategic decision-making, market research, and tailored investment solutions. Anahit has been a coach for High School CaseKey and a junior coach for CaseKey, supporting students in developing problem-solving, presentation, and teamwork skills. Passionate about mentoring and collaboration, Anahit is motivated to help students and teams approach business challenges with strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, effective communication, and structured problem-solving, while fostering collaboration, leadership, and innovative decision-making.
Describe a time when you helped someone improve their skills or knowledge significantly. What was your strategy?
As a coach for High School CaseKey and junior coach for CaseKey, I worked with students who initially struggled with structuring case analyses and presenting their ideas confidently. My strategy was to teach them a clear, step-by-step approach to problem-solving, while also providing regular feedback through mock presentations and discussions. I focused on developing their analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills rather than simply giving them answers. Over time, I saw significant improvement in their confidence, presentation quality, and ability to approach business challenges strategically and independently.
