One of the most impactful experiences I’ve had helping others grow was through coaching the CaseKey teams in 2023 and 2024. In 2023, my team placed 3rd, and by 2024, we won the entire competition. The improvement didn’t happen by chance—it was the result of a structured and intentional coaching strategy. I focused on identifying individual team members' strengths and areas for growth early on. From there, I designed targeted workshops and practice sessions focused on problem structuring, storytelling, and delivering high-impact presentations—skills critical for success in case competitions. I also emphasized peer learning, encouraging team members to present to each other and give constructive feedback.
I regularly lead marketing sessions with international teams at CaseKey, helping them improve campaign strategy, messaging, and go-to-market planning. My approach always centers on personalized guidance, open communication, and creating a safe space for continuous learning and iteration. Seeing people evolve and gain confidence in their skills is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work
I work for a company, where you might be laid off if you're not aligned with the latest trends in business.
