I began my career in consulting at Grant Thornton, before moving into financial analysis, eventually progressing to the role of CFO. Along the way, I had the opportunity to lecture in Financial Management, reinforcing my passion for knowledge- sharing. Most recently I earned an Executive MBA from Chicago Booth, further strengthening my strategic and financial expertise.
Describe a time when you helped someone improve their skills or knowledge significantly. What was your strategy?
I mentor my team daily, fostering skill growth hands-on guidance and strategic coaching. My experience in angel investment due diligence has also allowed me to empower startups, refining their business strategy and financial models for sustainable success.
What methods do you use to stay updated with the latest trends in business and consulting?
I stay updated by analyzing industry reports, working with different institutions and having a good benchmark with industry leaders.
