Coach at CaseKey 2025
Please provide a short bio, which will be used on the official web page.

Hi, I’m a proud CaseKey alum, having been involved with the project since its very beginning. Over the years, I’ve contributed in various capacities, and this year I’m excited to participate as a team coach for young professionals who applied individually. It’s a great opportunity for me to share my knowledge and experience in business case studies.

My journey with case solving started early in my college years and continued as I pursued a Master’s degree in International Business Law at UFAR. Currently, I work as an HR professional at an international bank, bringing real-world insight into talent development and organizational growth.

Throughout the years, I’ve actively taken part in various trainings and workshops, focusing on Project Management, Leadership, NLP, and Professional Training. This diverse learning experience has equipped me with the tools to support and inspire others effectively.

As your coach, I’ll do my best to guide you, encourage you, and share everything I’ve learned—so together, we can aim for an excellent pitch and a successful case competition experience.

Looking forward to having you on the team!

Describe a time when you helped someone improve their skills or knowledge significantly. What was your strategy?

For me, it is essential to identify the most effective method for each trainee, as there are multiple ways to deliver knowledge depending on individual learning styles. In my current role, I lead onboarding sessions and strive to ensure that new recruits receive comprehensive, engaging training.

Beyond the workplace, I have also worked as a tutor for school-aged children—an experience that required creativity and patience to support their academic growth. Additionally, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor interns from various universities and cultural backgrounds, which has further enriched my approach to training.

I find great fulfillment in every opportunity to train, coach, and share my knowledge and experience with others.

What methods do you use to stay updated with the latest trends in business and consulting?

I find that engaging podcasts and a well-curated LinkedIn newsfeed are valuable resources for staying informed and up to date. In the era of AI, it’s important to recognize that personal development goes beyond just leveraging fast and efficient tools. Communication and networking remain essential for keeping pace with the latest trends and building meaningful, future-ready skills.
