Finance and audit professional currently managing an analytics function to drive commercial performance and facilitate data-driven strategic decision-making. Experienced in collaborating with diverse, international teams, and skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication. Holding a Master’s degree in Finance and Control from French University in Armenia, I am deeply committed to continuous professional growth, fostering talent development, and maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Describe a time when you helped someone improve their skills or knowledge significantly. What was your strategy?

When I joined the team as a supervisor, one of the experienced team members, who had a technical background, needed to improve his presentation skills for a business audience. We first identified the gap between his technical expertise and the needs of the audience (feedback).
I value giving space for self-discovery, so I allowed him to explore how he could adapt his approach, simplifying complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders (space for self development).
Through feedback and collaboration, we refined his method, and he gained the confidence to communicate more effectively.

What methods do you use to stay updated with the latest trends in business and consulting?

Taking a multi-channel approach to staying informed about the latest trend. Primarily I listen to insightful Spotify podcasts, such as The Global News Podcast from BBC for global events impacting markets, and Tech Girl Talks to stay on top of technology trends from a fresh and diverse perspective. Additionally, I tune into The McKinsey Podcast and BCG’s “The So What” for expert insights on strategy and leadership, while also reading articles from Harvard Business Review that pop up in my mailbox daily and engaging in professional communities online and offline.
