Describe a time when you helped someone improve their skills or knowledge significantly. What was your strategy?
My everyday work includes assisting my colleagues and customers to improve their life quality, work quality, make balance of life different fields. Improve and ajust the fields of the wheel of balance. The gratitude and calmed faces of my peers express the effectiveness of the tools I used in the work with them.
What methods do you use to stay updated with the latest trends in business and consulting?
I prefer deep digging with open questions, coaching tools maily help me to raise the effectivenes in the work with customer, visualization, storry telling, setting of SMART goals, wheel of balance are the main tools I apply.
