My teaching approach combines the Socratic method, nudging techniques, and a “keep it short and simple” philosophy without overwhelming learners with terminology. For me, knowledge sharing is very important, and I believe that explaining concepts to others helps build stronger learning communities. I also believe attention is a limited resource, so I try to use it as efficiently as possible. I rely heavily on examples because the brain understands concepts better when it recognizes patterns.
Recently, I helped a colleague understand the fundamentals of Python logic. I started with basic data types and simple functions, and then briefly introduced NumPy and pandas to demonstrate how data manipulation works in practice. The session lasted about 20 minutes. While that is not enough to become a data analyst, it provided a solid foundation that made further learning much easier.
I mostly stay updated through LinkedIn and personal communication with professionals in the business and consulting fields, as I have built a network in these areas. In addition, as part of the Government Budgeting Department, I am closely involved with developments related to public–private cooperation, which allows me to stay informed about relevant trends and practical challenges in this space.
